The Rock Source offers a huge selection of decorative landscape, utility materials and supplies with delivery and/or pick up options. We carry an assortment of rocks, stones, pebbles, cobbles, sands, fines, boulders and soils.  We have a Garden Shop with the necessities and some fun items for your home and yard.  And our parent company, C.L. Skaggs Trucking Inc., has offered ag trucking services since 1980.

Delivery rates are based on an individual basis; calculated on material, quantity and delivery location. 

No Returns or Refunds - our products are large and returns would not be easily completed.
Since we do NOT accept returns, please be sure you are ordering the correct material, size, color and quantity. 
If truck is enroute with your order (or already loaded) and you decide to make changes, you will be charged another delivery fee, as well as 20% of total purchase (with $50 minimum fee).
All cancellations on orders that were paid with a credit or debit card will be charged 6% fee of the total purchase price. 
Unfortunately, processing credit & debit cards is expensive for businesses.

On a rare instance when a return is approved by management, no refunds will be issued to customer. The Rock Source will not be held responsible for any retrieval of materials and/or refund for any/ all requested and/or approved returns. Approved returns will have a 30% restocking fee due from the customer.
The 30% restocking fee is also applied to deliveries when the customer refuses load or their site is unavailable to receive delivery. No refund/credit will be issued for returned products.  Credit or debit fee will be collected. We will help you get the order right the first time around, so we are not in this situation. Just ask us! 

We deliver to Vacaville, Fairfield, Dixon, Davis, Rio Vista, Winters, and surrounding areas. 

You can purchase our materials in 1 cubic foot bags, ¼ cubic yard, ½ cubic yard, ¾ cubic yard and full cubic yard increments. You can even come in for a single rock, if that is what you want.
Deliveries must be at least 1 cubic yard.  If you need less than 1 cubic yard, we may be able to make a special consideration for you.
